Intake is the first step a client takes to apply for KEO services. At the time of intake, the necessary documentation is collected to create a file for the client. These documents include birth verification and social security cards for all members of the household, picture ID of the applicant, and income documentation for the entire household.
During intake, the Intake Worker completes a needs assessment with the client. This helps the Worker to determine the most immediate needs of the client and which components within the agency would best address those needs. After the intake has been completed, the Intake Worker refers the client to appropriate program(s).
Most of the services offered through KEO require that potential clients go through an Intake Application appointment before any services are rendered. If you need to set up an Intake appointment, please call 245 4077 ext 240 to speak with our Intake Worker.
