Children participate in group and individual activities to provide the opportunity to develop social, academic, emotional and cognitive skills. All activities are planned to include learning exercises in language skills, arts and crafts, music, physical education, health and personal care. Group interaction is emphasized in classroom projects, team games and supervised play. Center is open M-F, 7am-5pm. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack is provided.

Applications are accepted year round. You can submit your application via mail, email, or fax. *Please be aware that the registration fee of $100, a copy of your childs birth certificate, and a copy of valid identification for one parent/guardian, is due upon application submission for processing purposes as well as holding a spot for your child.

**Application fees are refundable if we do not have a spot available for your child on the start date requested. If you choose to enroll your child in a different preschool, your registration fee will not be refunded. If you need to change your start date,please notify the Director at 245 4077 ext. 238.
***When the time comes to terminate your child from our Early Learning Centers, KEO requires a 30 day written notice of termination. If no notice is received, you will be held responsible for an additional month of tuition payment.

Kauai Economic Opportunity's Early Learning Prgoram provides preschool services year round for children between the ages of 2 years 9 months and 8 years old. Our school year begins August 1st and ends July 31st.
Applicants are accepted year round. When your application is received at the KEO Office, it is processed and an enrollment form is forwarded to the Director who contacts that applicant for orientation.

Admission Requirements:
- Between the ages of 2 years 9 months and 8 years old.
- KEO Intake Form with the following:
- Application for the Early Learning Center
- Birth Certificate
- Photo Identification of Parent
- $100.00 Registration Fee
- Preschool Physical Examination
- Form 14 (Health Card) completed by your Physician
- Completion of all Immunizations
- Tuberculosis Clearance. Mantoux test is available at health centers as well as private physician offices (Tine tests will not be accepted). Call the Department of Health at 241-3387 for further questions.
- mandatory parent orientation conducted by the Head Teacher or designee.

Enrollment Forms:
When attending the Orientation, the Head Teacher will supply your with forms to be completely and accurately filled out before your child's first day. Be sure to complete and return all forms by your child's start date to the teacher.
